  Omg they freaken suck. Ive never gaven noone a bsd review. But they need to change some of their policies. And things their doing. I got my card in the mail. They never mailed me the pin. So i had to call them to remail me a new one. And even than the whole time trying to call i got hung up on twice by a rep.just trying to figure it out. And what exactly i needed to do to access my money. It was horrible and very frustrating.

  This set up was the most confusing one I've ever seen! Am I at a bank or what?The handicap parking are the spots that are the furthest from the doors. There are also 2 sets of manual double doors to navigate through. Upon entering, my first impression is that I've arrived at a restaurant. I didn't see anywhere to sign in, I just saw 2 tall tables, 3 people, and no employees in sight, just an office. Finally a woman came quickly out of the room, passing me by, brusquely asked me if I needed anything, and said someone would be out to help. The employee turned out to be one of the 3 people I saw at the round table. I thought the 2 were a couple working on the table.

  It says people typically spend 15 min here because that is how long it took for them to even respond back to me after submitting my request. I was only depositing a check, and it took up my whole lunch break waiting for them to do that. This is the worst Chartway that i have ever visited, but it is the only one near my work.
