    The problem i have with the bank is everytime i go to the drive thru they always mess up my money and im the one who has to lose out.i will no longer bank with them

    The online system is awful. It asks for a security question each time. Sometimes it likes the answers. Sometimes it doesn't. I have had to go to the credit union to reset the questions twice. Both times the teller gives me an " I know" response when I complain about the system not recognizing my answers. One last complaint. I financed a car with them and thought the customer service was poor. I couldn't get the lady handling the loan to return my calls. I finally got so irritated that I sat in the foyer until she was able to meet with me. The problem was the lady handling the loan seemed to be running the place by herself. There were plenty of people at "work", but she seemed to be the go to person for everything.
