- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Segal and Co delivers speedy and fantastic service. I had came in 2016 looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. I came in and they a wide and gorgeous variety of jewelry, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. I saw a heart shaped pendant but I wanted to change the color of my gemstones to my children's birth stones. I didn't think it was going to be possible to do it, given the short time frame and the expertise needed to perform that procedure. But, Cheni (their gemologist) was so courteous and helpful and made sure to get it done right with the exact gemstones that I needed. I was very hesitant at first but her niche for gems really helped me come to realize I was in good hands. When I came to pick it up, not only did it exceed my expectations but they also added a small gift with a personal touch. They are excellent and I wish them more great business in the future. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Segal and Co is a phenomenal jewelry store in the area. Family owned as specialize in ensuring that every customer has a great experience. I came in looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé, and they helped me tremendously in finding the perfect ring. They worked around my budget and helped me get a beautiful ring. The owners are truly great, they were able to find something for me for the right price I was looking for. I would highly recommend that anyone buys their jewelry from them. Customer service is really a strong spot for them. The make sure that each and every customer feels wanted and appreciated unlike other jewelry stores who's main priority is making the sale.
